Oven-baked carrots seasoned with spices are a delicious, healthy, and diabetic-friendly alternative to French fries.
Step 1 Place the carrots in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, cumin, paprika and ground black pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Step 2 Preheat oven to 430 F. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and line the prepared carrots in an even layer. Step 3 Bake the carrots in the oven for 25 minutes until the carrots become crispy and tender. Step 4 Take the carrots out of the oven, put on plates, and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
