A healthy combination of oven baked cauliflower, crispy onions and juicy apple gives you a delicious and diabetic-friendly dinner option.
Step 1 Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and put in a large bowl. Add the diced apple and red onion. Step 2 Add vegetable oil to the bowl with other ingredients and mix well. Step 3 Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and put the vegetable mix on it evenly. Step 4 Preheat oven to 360 F and cook the vegetables for 40 minutes. Mix 3 times during cooking. The cauliflower should brown a little. Step 5 Remove the ready dish out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, serve and enjoy!
