Step 1 Put the chicken drumsticks in a bowl, add vegetable oil, mayonnaise, curry, dried garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the drumstick marinade for an hour. Step 2 Grind peanuts in a blender and pour on a flat plate. Step 3 Preheat oven to 390 F. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place a grate on it. Step 4 Roll each chicken drumstick in peanuts, pressing the chopped nuts well to the meat.
