Ingredients:
Shredded red cabbage – 0.5 lb.
Grated small carrot – 1
Scallions (chopped) – ¼ bunch
Medium apple – 0.5
Avocado – 0.5
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper – to taste
Step 1 Put the shredded cabbage in a large bowl and crush it a bit with your hands. Step 2 Cut the apple into small pieces with skin and add to the cabbage. Step 3 Pit and peel avocado and cut into small pieces. Then add it to the bowl with other ingredients. Add scallions. Step 4 Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Add sour cream if you wish. Serve and enjoy!
