A combination of two types of mushrooms, cauliflower and sour cream gives this diabetic-friendly dish a unique texture and taste.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower – ½ lb.
Canned marinated champignon mushrooms (cut in pieces) – ¼ cup
Fresh champignon mushrooms (cut in pieces) – ¼ cup
Step 1 Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Put in a sauce pan. Add milk and allspice. Add some salt and cook for 5 minutes. Step 2 Fry both types of mushrooms together in vegetable oil for about 7 minutes. Step 3 Preheat oven to 360 F. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Combine the cauliflower and mushrooms in a baking dish. Step 4 Mix sour cream and mustard and spread the mix over the content of the baking dish. Step 5 Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Step 6 Take the dish out of the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
