Recipe Details:
Cauliflower and chicken breast make a perfect combination and an addition of cheese, heavy cream, and other ingredients makes this diabetic-friendly dish a true delicacy.
Step 1 Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Put the cauliflower inflorescences into the water and bring to a boil again. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Remove the cauliflower from the water and pour cold water over it. Then drain the cauliflower in a colander. Step 2 Heat oil in a frying pan and then put the chicken strips in there. Add salt to taste. Step 3 Fry the chicken over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Step 4 Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the boiled cauliflower in there. Step 5 On top of the cauliflower, put the fried chicken breast strips in an even layer. Step 6 Break eggs into a bowl, then add the heavy cream and salt. Mix everything well and then add grated cheese and minced garlic. After that, even pour the mix over the chicken breast and cauliflower. Step 7 Preheat oven to 360 F. Place the dish into the oven and cook for 40 minutes until golden brown. Step 8 Remove the ready casserole from the oven, serve and enjoy!
