Cauliflower pizza is a perfect diabetic-friendly alternative to traditional pizza. This pizza is very tender and delicious.
Step 1 Put the cauliflower in a blender and grind into gruel. Step 2 Put the grinded cauliflower in a cloth towel and squeeze well from the excess liquid, then put the cauliflower in a bowl. Step 3 Add an egg, half of the cheese, and salt to the cauliflower. Mix well. Step 4 Cover a baking sheet with wax paper. Divide the cauliflower dough into three parts and for three pizzas right on the baking sheet. Step 5 Mix the cheese with the scallions and parsley. Step 6 Spread the tomato paste over the pizza crust and then put the sliced tomatoes and ham on it. Then evenly put the cheese mix on top. Step 7 Preheat oven to 360 F. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes. Step 8 When the pizza is ready, let it cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!
