Recipe Details:
This diabetic-friendly recipe is for a juicy, tender, filling and very tasty chicken breast dish. To make it even healthier, you can bake chicken breast in the oven to avoid using oil for cooking.


Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast – 1 lb.
  • Cheese (low-sodium, low-fat) – ½ lb.
  • Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
  • Spices of your choice – to taste
  • Whole wheat breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • Almond flour – ½ cup
  • Egg – 1
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Beat off the breasts with a meat hammer. Add salt and your favorite seasoning. Cut the cheese into cubes and wrap it in the chicken breast.
    Step 2
    Make batter by thoroughly mixing together an eggs, almond flour and ground pepper.
    Step 3
    Moisten the chicken breast very well in the just prepared batter and then roll in breadcrumbs.
    Step 4
    Fry the chicken breast on all sides until golden brown. Then pour some water into the pan and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
