For meatballs:
Ground chicken breast – 1 lb.
Parmesan cheese (coarsely grated) – ½ lb.
Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
Egg – 1
Breadcrumbs (preferably, breadcrumb alternative) – ½ cup
First, prepare the meat balls. Step 1 Put the ground meat in a bowl. Add an egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, and 1/3 of the grated cheese to the meat. Add salt and pepper. Step 2 Thoroughly mix the meat and other ingredients. Step 3 Form the meatballs. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the meat balls in there. Step 4 Preheat oven to 360 F. Bake the meatballs for 25 minutes. Step 5 Now, prepare the onion sauce. Preheat a frying pan. Melt butter in it. Then add garlic and onion. Fry until golden brown (approx. 5 minutes). After that, add the white wine and evaporate it for 2 minutes, pour in the chicken broth or water, add salt and pepper. Simmer the sauce for 3 minutes.
