Step 1 Beat the butter with ½ tsp. of stevia, then add baking powder and flour (the dough is going to be crumbly). Step 2 For the filling, beat 2 eggs with ½ tsp. of stevia with a mixer. Add the cottage cheese. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Step 3 Put half of the dough into a baking dish (about 10” in diameter), spread the cottage cheese filling evenly on top, and then lightly press a half of the plums into the cottage cheese mass. Cover with the second half of the dough and press the second half of the plums into it. Step 4 Preheat oven to 360 F. Bake the dish until golden brown (about half an hour). Then remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
