This diabetic-friendly pan fried sea bass is ready in less than half an hour – a perfect dinner entrée for a busy evening!
Step 1 Make two shallow cuts on each side of the fish and season inside and out with salt. Step 2 In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil to 350 F. Step 3 Dip the fish in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place the cooked sea bass on a preheated plate and keep warm while the remaining portions of fish are cooked. Step 4 When all the fish is ready, drain the oil from the frying pan and melt butter on it over low heat. Step 5 Remove the frying pan from heat and add parsley and lemon juice to it. Return the pan to the heat and cook for a minute, stirring the melted butter and juice constantly. Pour the ready butter over the sea bass, serve and enjoy!
