Step 1 Fill a quarter of a large sauce pan with water. Bring to boil. Put a colander on the sauce pan and put the frozen green beans in it. Steam for 5 minutes until the beans are half cooked. Step 2 Wash the beans with cold water and dry them. Step 3 Melt butter in a frying pan over low heat. Then increase heat to medium and add garlic. After that, add a 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil and fry the garlic for 2 minutes, while stirring, until garlic is golden brown. Step 4 Increase heat to high, add the green beans and soy sauce to the garlic with butter. Cook for 3 more minutes while stirring. Step 5 Sprinkle the green beans with sesame seeds and stir thoroughly. Step 6 Keep frying the green beans for 2 more minutes until tender. After that, remove the frying pan from the heat. Serve and enjoy!
