Step 1 Wash the orange and lemon and cut them, without peeling, into small pieces. Step 2 Wash and peel the ginger root and grate it on a coarse grater. Step 3 Put a few pieces of orange and lemon into a tall glass. Add some ginger. Fill the glass with sparkling or still water. Stir. Chill in a fridge for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a straw. Enjoy!
