Linguine pasta with grilled shrimp, cheese and tomatoes is a diabetic-friendly, delicious and exquisite entrée that is also easy to cook.
Step 1 Pu the shrimp in a bowl, mix with tomatoes. Step 2 Separately mix minced garlic, olive oil, and some salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the shrimp with tomatoes, stir well. Step 3 Preheat the grill. Fry the shrimp and tomatoes for about 8 minutes. Step 4 Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water and save 5 tbsp. for further cooking. Add the lemon juice and butter to the pasta. Mix well. Step 5 Add shrimp, arugula leaves, tomatoes, parmesan and oregano to the pasta. Pour in 80 ml of water in which the pasta was cooked. Mix again. Then serve and enjoy!
