Recipe Details:
Everyone, who like meat with vegetables, will enjoy this simple, delicious and diabetic-friendly recipe. The meat will get tender, while the vegetables will remain crispy a bit.


Ingredients:
  • Pork – 1.3 lb.
  • Onion (chopped) – 2
  • Bell pepper (cut into strips) – 1
  • Garlic (minced) – 4 cloves
  • Tomato paste – 2 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
  • Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Heat oil a frying pan. Cut the meat into small strips and fry 10-15 minutes over high heat.
    Step 2
    Add the onion and bell pepper to the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
    Step 3
    Add the minced garlic and tomato paste. Stir and cook for a 5 more minutes.
    Step 4
    Add salt and pepper and cook for another 4 minutes.
    Step 5
    Serve hot with any side dish of your choice. Bon Appetit!
