Step 1 Put the peeled avocado to a deep salad bowl. Then mash the pulp with a fork and salt. Step 2 Prepare the romaine lettuce leaves. Put the 2 leaves of romaine lettuce on top of each other. Do the same with another pair of leaves. Step 3 Mix the canned tuna and avocado. Then put the mixture on the lettuce leaves. Step 4 Put the sun-dried tomatoes on top. Step 5 Fry the egg in a hot frying pan, stirring constantly. When the egg is ready, put in top of other ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
