This diabetic-friendly salad with salmon with fruits, vegetables, and nuts will give you rich, unusual and delicious flavor.
Step 1 Roast pine nuts on a dry frying pan until golden. Step 2 Mix olive oil with lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Put the onion into the mix. Step 3 Wash the salmon and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the fish into small equal pieces and put in a bowl. Step 4 Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt. Pour the resulting mix over the salmon pieces and leave to marinate for half an hour. Step 5 Fry the salmon in a dry frying pan until it’s ready. This fish is quite oily and doesn’t require using oil. Fry the fish as follows: Preheat the frying pan. Take each piece of fish, put it in a frying pan and drag it a little on a spot for the fish not to stick to the hot frying pan. Make sure the pieces of fish do not touch each other in a frying pan. – They will cook better and it will be easier for you to turn them over. Step 6 Put all the cut fruits into a salad bowl and season them with the mix used for marinating the onion. Step 7 Prepare each serving plate in the following order: Put the salad leaves on the plate first. Then go the fruits on top of which goes the fish. Lay the marinated onion on top of the fish, followed by the roasted pine nuts. Bon appetit!
