Recipe Details:
A healthy and diabetic-friendly dinner entrée that is quick and easy to cook and tastes better than salmon you get in a restaurant!
Step 1 To make the salmon tender on the inside and with a crust on the outside, first fry it in a pan, and then finish cooking in the oven. Preheat the frying pan on a slightly higher than medium heat. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and spices on both sides and drizzle with lemon juice. Pour some olive oil into the preheated frying pan and put the steaks in it. Fry the steaks on one side. Step 2 Once the steaks are browned, place each steak on a baking sheet, browned side up, on a piece of foil. Put a slice of lemon on each steak and wrap in foil. Preheat oven to 430 F and bake the salmon for about 10 minutes. Step 3 Cook fresh broccoli in a slightly salted water for 5-7 minutes. (If you are cooking frozen broccoli, cook it for about 15 minutes after boiling.) Step 4 Once the broccoli is ready, serve the salmon steak with it, sprinkled with lemon juice. Bon Appetit!
