Recipe Details:
This light diabetic-friendly sushi roll is made without rice and packs a delightful combination of salmon, yellowtail fish and cream cheese.
Ingredients:
Nori – 3 Pieces
Fresh salmon (cut into thin strips) - 70 g
Fresh yellowtail fish (cut into thin strips) – 70 g
Step 1 Spread out a nori sheet on a sushi mat, place two lettuce sheets on top, with the edges out. Spread a strip of the cream cheese on top. Step 2 Put the strips of salmon and yellowtail on top of cream cheese. Then put cucumber strips on the sides of the cream cheese with fish. Step 3 Roll up the sushi mat tightly by dampening the edge of the nori with water and pressing down on it. Prepare the rest of the rolls in the same way. Step 4 Cut off the ends of the rolls with a sharp, wet knife. Then cut the rolls into even pieces. Step 5 Place the rolls on a plate, add the wasabi and soy sauce and enjoy!
