This simple diabetes-friendly shrimp recipe is very easy make and it turns out delicious!
Step 1 Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, add garlic and thyme and stir for 3 minutes. Step 2 Put the shrimp in the skillet and fry until the bottom part turns red (about 2 minutes) then turn and fry until the other side reaches the same condition. (keep in mind that it’s better to undercook the shrimp a little than overcook.) Step 3 Add wine to the shrimp and evaporate the alcohol (that may take about 30 seconds). Then remove from heat and cover for 3 minutes with a lid. Serve and enjoy!
