This diabetic-friendly recipe will give you delicious spaghetti with zucchini and avocado, garlic and fresh basil sauce.
Step 1 Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan. Add salt and bring water to a boil. Place the spaghetti vertically in a saucepan. Wait a few seconds and then submerge the spaghetti in the water completely. When the spaghetti is ready, drain it in a colander.
Step 2 Cook the spaghetti over medium heat until fully cooked in accordance with the instructions on the packaging. Step 3 Make avocado sauce: Peel and pit the avocado, then put it in the blender bowl. Add basil leaves and garlic. Step 4 Grind the avocado, basil and garlic for 5 minutes. Step 5 Grate zucchini on a grater for Korean carrots, then fry them in a dry skillet until lightly browned and tender (about 5 minutes) over medium heat, stirring constantly. Step 6 Mix the cooked spaghetti with the zucchini and avocado sauce. The dish is ready. Serve and enjoy!
