Step 1 Cut the meat into steaks of your desired size. Salt and pepper the meat, and then put asides for 15 minutes. Step 2 Cut each fig into 4 pieces. Peel the apples and remove seeds, then cut them into wedges. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Step 3 Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, then put the steaks on it. Sauté for 3 minutes on one side, flip over and sauté for another 3 minutes. Step 4 Add 2 tbsp. of butter to the frying pan in which the meat was fried, add the apples , figs, rosemary, and garlic. Fry for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Step 5 Pour in the wine, stir and simmer for 6 minutes, until the wine, having evaporated by two-thirds, boils down to a thick sauce. Take the rosemary out of the sauce. Add honey at the very end and stir well. Step 6 Put the pieces of fruit in the center of the plate. On top of them place the steak. Pour the sauce over it. Serve and enjoy!
