Recipe Details:
This is a diabetic-friendly recipe for a delightful Japanese rolled omelet.
Step 1 Beat the eggs with soy sauce. Adding salting is not needed, soy sauce is salty enough. Step 2 Add the chopped tofu and parsley to the beaten eggs. Step 3 Pour a little vegetable oil and 1/3 of the egg mixture into a hot frying pan. The egg pancake should be thin. Step 4 When the pancake is fried, carefully begin to wrap it with a spatula. Once wrapped in a roll, do not remove the egg pancake, but pour another part (1/3) of the egg mixture and then repeat the wrapping process. Step 5 Repeat the process with the third part of the egg mixture. Step 6 Cut the ready roll into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
