Step 3 Add the beans, bell pepper, carrots, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the fried onions. Mix well and add 250 ml of hot water. Step 4 Bring the content of the sauce pan to boil, reduce heat, close the lid, and simmer for about 1.5 hours. Serve, decorate with dill, and enjoy!
