Step 1 Rinse the tofu gently and place in a saucepan. Cover tofu with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and keep the tofu warm, by covering the saucepan and reducing heat to a minimum. Step 2 Grind the garlic with a pinch of salt in a mortar until smooth. Step 3 Put the garlic in a bowl and add finely chopped scallions, sesame seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Mix well. Step 4 Before serving, carefully remove the tofu from the water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then put on a plate and top with the sauce. Serve warm with the sauce. Enjoy!
