Recipe Details:
Zucchini in garlic batter are very tender, with a spicy rich taste. Cooking such a diabetic-friendly dish is quite simple. To make the zucchini even tastier, you can add a little hard cheese grated to the batter. It can be served warm and cold – it will be equally tasty.


Ingredients:
  • Zucchini (cut into medium thick slices) – 2
  • Eggs – 2
  • Sour cream – ½ cup
  • Garlic (minced) – 3 cloves
  • Dill (chopped) – 4 sprigs
  • Almond flour – 7 tbsp.
  • Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Season the zucchinis with salt and pepper and leave them for 5 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the batter.
    Step 2
    For batter, beat the eggs, add the minced garlic, 3-4 tbsp. of flour, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
    Step 3
    Roll each slice of zucchini in the remaining flour, and then in the batter. Fry in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
    Step 4
    Sprinkle with the chopped dill and serve. Enjoy!
