Step 1 Soak the chickpeas in cold water for 8-10 hours. Step 2 Remove the chickpeas from water and grind into a mushy mass in a blender. Step 3 Combine the chopped onion, cilantro, dill, parsley, and minced garlic with the chickpeas. Grind in a blender. Chill the mixture in a fridge for half an hour and then make 4 burgers. Step 4 Fry the patties in vegetable oil on each side until brown. Step 5 Warm the buns on the frying pan, over medium heat, for a few minutes. Step 5 Make burgers: Put a lettuce leave on the bottom bun, then chickpea cutlet, tomato and red onion. Then pour Greek yogurt on top. Cover with the top bun. Enjoy!
