Step 1 Melt butter in a frying pan. Fry the garlic and mushrooms for 4 minutes. Add wine and fry for 1 more minute. Step 2 Transfer the mushrooms to a baking dish. Preheat oven to 430 F. Bake the mushrooms for 15 minutes. Step 3 Season the cooked mushrooms with juice from half a lemon and 1 tbsp. of rosemary. Step 4 In a frying pan, where the mushrooms were fried, fry together the pine nuts, 1 tbsp. of rosemary, and lemon zest from half a lemon for 3 minutes. Step 5 Sprinkle the mushrooms with the pine nuts mixture. Serve hot and enjoy!
