This is a simple salad with unique taste. Made with diabetic-friendly ingredients, kohlrabi and pine nuts salad not only tasty, but very healthy as well – a valuable addition to your lunch and dinner menu!
Step 1 Lightly roast the pine nuts on a dry frying pan. Step 2 Mix kohlrabi, roasted pine nuts, chopped parsley, and cranberries. Step 3 Squeeze juice from the lemon. Combine the mustard, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Step 4 Season the salad with the dressing, and mix again. Serve and enjoy!
