Step 1 Melt 2/3 of butter in a frying pan. Add champignon mushrooms and garlic and fry until all liquid has evaporated (about 10 minutes). Then put aside. Step 2 Beat the eggs with spinach, parsley, chives, salt and pepper. Step 3 Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan and pour in the eggs. Step 4 Stir the eggs until they set. Top with mushrooms and Parmesan. Enjoy!
