Step 2 Wash the pork and pat it dry with a towel. Rub on all sides with the just prepared marinade and leave for 4-6 hours. Step 3 Preheat oven to 375 F. Put the meat in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour, then remove the foil and cook for 30 more minutes. Step 4 Leave the cooked meat in a hot oven for extra 10 minutes.
