Ingredients:
Pork tenderloin (cut into ½”-thick slices) – ¾ lb.
Step 1 In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, red pepper flakes and soy sauce, then mix well and set aside. Step 2 Spray a wok with cooking spray and heat the wok over medium-high heat. Put the slices of pork in the wok and cook, stirring periodically until it is cooked through (may take up to 6-7 minutes). Step 3 Add the barbecue sauce and honey mixture to the wok. Then add scallions, carrots and bell pepper and cook stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Step 4 Add the pea pods and cook stirring occasionally until the pea pods are bright green and the mixture is hot (about 2-3 minutes), then serve and enjoy!
