Step 1 Place the asparagus in a deep microwave-safe container, pour in 2 tbsp. of water and cook in microwave oven at max. power for 3-4 minutes, until soft. Then let it cool. Step 2 Similarly to asparagus, put the cauliflower pieces in a deep microwave-safe container. Pour in 2 tbsp. of water and cook in microwave oven at max. power for 8-9 minutes, until soft and then let it cool. Step 3 Hard-boil 3 eggs. Cool them in cold water, peel, and cut into slices. Step 4 In a salad bowl, combine watercress and baby spinach with all other ingredients except eggs. Mix well. Step 5 Decorate the salad with boiled eggs, serve and enjoy!
