Step 1 Cut the turkey breast into small strips and season with salt and pepper. Step 2 Place the turkey, onion, zucchini, tomatoes, bell pepper, and cumin into a bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil, add salt and pepper, stir well and marinade for an hour. Step 3 Preheat oven to 360 F. Cover a baking sheet with wax paper. Place the turkey and vegetables on the wax paper. Step 4 Bake the turkey with vegetables on the top shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Take out of the oven, serve and enjoy!
