Step 1 Peel the leaves and corn silk off the cobs. Step 2 If desired, break each cob in half. Step 3 Put the corn to a pot of water, over high heat, bring to boil and then reduce heat. Step 4 Add butter to the water, stir and cook over low heat for about half an hour, stirring occasionally. Step 5 Put the corn cobs on a sheet of aluminum foil, wrap, and leave for 10 minutes. Step 6 Place the corn cobs on a plate, evenly rub with salt if desired, serve and enjoy!
